Record of all types of inventory items used in the event can be tracked by the system. The issuing of the inventory items is also managed by the system. The system also records the time & place where the inventory item is going to be used. Before the scheduled time the system also informs inventory managers to deliver the item to its scheduled time & location. This makes it very easier to manage the inventory in the conference.
