SALES
Retail Sales Form
This sub-module maintains the record of the
product sold during the day.
SALES
This sub-module is used to keep or maintain
the account related to sales department.
Daily Sales
This sub-module is useful in displaying the
record of product sold during the day on specified date and
amount earn by it.
STOCK
DIP
This sub-module is used to find the stock
of a product by entering the dip reading. As we enter the dip
reading we get the total stock present at petrol pump in
liters.
Density
In this sub-module first we select the
product and enter the hydrometer reading and thermometer
reading to find the value of density of a specified product.
Density helps to find the quality of product.
Product Information
This sub-module is used to view or see all
the information related to product by selecting the product
name or stationary by selecting the station nary option button

Employee Information
This sub-module is helpful in maintaining
the employee information and keeping them as it may be viewed
whenever it is required.
Shift Information
This sub-module is used to enter the shift
ID and its time duration along with starting and ending
time.
Attendance
This sub-module is used to keep the details
of employee along with its attendance and details of overtime
performed by him according to which salary is
calculated.
SALARY
On the basis of attendance of an employee
his salary is calculated. This form is used to see or view all
the details of an employee and his salary.
FINANCE
Transaction
This sub-module is used to keep the record
of all the transaction done by petrol pump in order to
maintain the record of money.
Ledger Information
This sub-module is used to keep the
information about all the accounts related to the petrol pump.
PURCHASE
Stationary
To maintain the petrol pump with all the
facility we need stationary and other things. With the help of
this sub-module we can keep the record of stationeries that we
have purchased for petrol pump.
Product
This sub-module is used to maintain the
record of amount of product supplied along with tanker
information and total capacity.
Supplier Information
This sub-module is used to enter the
information related to supplier and helps in maintaining
it.
Tracker Information
Through this form we can enter the price
for a tanker according to tanker capacity and product
name.
Place Order
This form is used to place the order of a
product as per the requirement of stock.
